What Does the Delivery Guarantee Entail?

    • Our guarantee ensures that we dispatch the products in time for them to have the opportunity to reach their destination. We do not guarantee the shipping company's on-time delivery. This means that when the package is handed over to the shipping company the day before the deadline, we have fulfilled our guarantee.
    • The guarantee only applies to stock items. We recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have any doubts.
    • We must receive your order before 12:00 for same-day dispatch with the delivery guarantee.

  • The delivery guarantee does NOT apply when:

    • If you wish to exercise your right to complain, and the product has been dispatched on time from our end, the delivery guarantee does not apply. Read more about the right to complain.
    • The address is provided correctly and without errors.
    • The guarantee only applies to the UK and islands with bridge connections.

  • What to do
