- Orders are official only when accepted by JM Band.
- Changes or cancellations must be approved in writing and may incur costs.
- Materials in a product can be changed if they still meet the standard.
- Special orders may have a variance of +/- 10%.
- For graphic or text-based products, order a prototype for accuracy.
- JM Band doesn't guarantee all printed QR codes will work unless tested on a prototype.
- Online design orders cannot be changed once confirmed.
Prices:
- All prices exclude taxes, fees, and shipping.
Payment:
- Payment is typically in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Late payments may incur interest.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, Dankort, Visa, PayPal, and Mastercard.
Ownership Reservation:
- Goods remain JM Band's until paid for.
Delivery:
- Delivery usually takes one day but may be extended by up to 10 days with notice.
- 14-day return policy (excluding special orders).
- Standard delivery location is JM Band's address.
- Products are made as ordered; any changes require a new layout.
- Incorrect delivery addresses may incur additional costs.
Designs & Descriptions:
- Design material provided by JM Band remains their property.
- You cannot use, copy, or share JM Band's material without permission.
- Inspect the design upon receipt of the goods.
Complaints:
- Report defects in writing with details as soon as possible.
- Failure to report promptly may forfeit your right to complain.
- Do not return goods without JM Band's permission.
Liability:
- JM Band will replace or repair defective goods.
- They are not responsible for errors due to your materials or specifications.
- No guarantee that their products don't infringe on third-party rights.
- They are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
Disputes:
- Any disputes will be resolved in the court of Aarhus, Denmark.
