Delivery cost
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery address. From time to time, we run promotions with free delivery – keep an eye on our website for updates.

Processing and dispatch
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, we do our best to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Delivery time
Standard delivery to the UK normally takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. If you need faster delivery, available options will be shown at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you are not at home
The courier will notify you about a new delivery attempt or where to collect your parcel.

Customs and VAT in the UK
We are a Danish company and ship your order from Denmark.

This means that our UK customers may occasionally be charged import VAT or customs duties by the courier once the parcel has been delivered. These charges are handled directly between you and the courier or customs authorities. If you experience any unexpected fees, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
